Carrie and I were fortunate enough to have front row seats to My Bloody Valentine's first performance in Ireland in over 15 years this past weekend at the Electric Picnic. This is not the video I took however it's from an earlier show in London almost EXACTLY the spot that Carrie and I were standing and more or less captures what it was like.. except with ear plugs of course!

genius I tell you, pure genius Mr Kevin Shields on guitar.. after 17 years it was worth the wait!
cannot wait to see them again at the ATP Festival on Sept 21st with Gemma Hayes..
